Refunds
Returns PolicyIf you need to return any item then please notify us by e-mail, within 7 days of receipt. As long as the goods are returned "as new" or "faulty" then we will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.Items must be returned in a resaleable condition otherwise no refund can be given. Please send back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost will only be reimbursed if the item is damaged or faulty.We will issue the refund once the item is in our possession. If the product is found not to be faulty or in a resaleable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect GoodsPlease check all goods when they arrive. If they arrive damaged or faulty then please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back via recorded delivery. Please follow the same procedure for incorrect goods. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will accept no liability for items that are damaged/faulty or incorrect..

- Name and Address
- Original invoice
- Original packaging container
